An old man riding a bicycle near the ruins of ' Manthiri Manai ' (Minister’s Abode) in Jaffna - Sri Lanka.Dates back to 15 century, the scholars beleive that this old house should to be part of the Jaffna king's palace or the house of Prince Paranir Pasinghan.In few places it also resembles Dutch architecture, which adds up to the confusion whether this is a Dutch building.
